El" Bien-estar" universitario como mediador en el reconocimiento del estudiante con discapacidad

This article is a theorical review about the universitary well being (student’s
affairs) develop actions as means of contributing to the formative process of
learning to being and grow in liberty. It also explores how universitary well
being contribute to enhance life quality in the Colombian university community
and help to achieve the inherent goals to the country development.
Human ethics is grounded on the “other” identification as a being different from
myself and from the community. By this, to recognize students with disabilities
in the university life evidence a management that requires of social actions of
academy community and specially joints the universitary well being process as
a mediator and transformer of conviviality in higher education.
