Abstract
This article is a case study concerning the reform of the Universidad del Rosario’s doctorate in Management Sciences. The methodology incorporates the understanding of the program reality, its context and its transformation. The results show the background and the theoretical foundation of the program, the national and international environment of doctoral management education, the self-evaluation process, the theoretical update carried out, the educational model formulation and the curriculum update. Finally, the conclusions of the work are presented.
