Abstract
The study of cultural values is a topic of special relevance at interorganizational networks, since they are predictors for its development and success. The aim of the article is to propose a measurement scale of cultural values at inter-organizational networks, using as reference the Shalom Schwartz theory. Based on a review of different models and explanatory references about values in organizational level, we propose an instrument to study the values in the inter-organizational level. In the conclusions, the practical implications of the proposal are discussed.
