Abstract
This document presents the preliminary findings of the first phase of a research on educational innovation that has provided information from the actors involved in the development of a comprehensive and participatory evaluation system, based on a digital portfolio and the registry of critical incidents. The project was structured with the Medicine, Speech Therapy and Biomedical Engineering programs of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Universidad del Rosario, and its objective is focused on the interest of transforming formative assessment practices with an authentic and collaborative.
