Abstract

2021 has been a year as full of turmoil as almost any year on record since World War II. The world, and Canada, has faced multiple and overlapping crises that have challenged mechanisms of national, regional, and global governance to the limit. This concluding chapter lays out some options for rethinking Canada’s role in the international economic order, based on contributions to the volume.
