Cambio de paradigma en la educación médica actual

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

Medical education needs to adapt to the proposed changes of health reform. We need a new paradigm
based on a new definition of the health-disease process that includes biological, psychological, social and cultural issues rather than purely biologist. But it also requires a change in how medicine is taught and how it is learned and for what medicine is taught. All this based on the implementation of the concept of renewed primary health care, understood as one that integrated levels of care.
