Abstract
With this new book we intend to contribute to the orientation of learning about the molecular characteristics of cells and the understanding of the modifications that these undergo in their interaction with the environment; also, to offer a guide for students who begin their learning in higher education and particularly in Biochemistry, to understand the concepts related to the structure and function of the main biomolecules responsible for cellular life.
The theoretical understanding of the concepts is directly related to their practical application, in such a way that a series of guidelines have been established for their experimental approach, thus seeking that students develop their analysis, discussion and performance capabilities in the experimental field. The consistent and committed study of these guidelines will become an excellent tool for learning and understanding the relationship between the structure and function of biomolecules that make life possible on our planet.
