Most of the researches refer to the characteristic "in the workplace" as the reason for sexual harassment at work, which is imprecise. This aspect is not what defines or configures harassment. If a boss or coworker sexually harasses a worker, in the time and place of work, it is not sexual harassment at work, it is simple sexual harassment. The purposes of sexual harassment and sexual harassment at work are different, as well as their concepts, elements, modalities and responsibilities. seeks to really identify this figure.
