Abstract

In the 21st Century the existence of diverse legal systems requires the construction of bridges between the international legal system and the nationals legal systems. Nowadays States cannot have absolute sovereignty because there is a need of respect the international legal order, looking for coherence and harmony between the diverse legal systems. Through the study of different concepts of sovereignty, we are going to analyse the concept of constitutional autonomy and we are going to use the example of the Colombian Constitutional Court for promote integration of the international legal system with the internal legal system.
