Recent research in moral psychology has limited itself to research on the lay differences on utilitarian vs deontologic moral judgment. However, moral judgment is vastly more complex dealing with agent's character, interactions between different types of norms (e.g. legal, statistical, moral, social...), diverse situations and different available informations. This project aims to open up empirical study of morality to more directly reflect the myriad of variables that are at play in moral judgment and decision making.
