Traditional Commercial Law Topics

The project aims to analyse and evaluate the theoretical and practical conditions under which some commercial matters have been developed, which can be considered as 'traditional', and the way in which this has occurred, identifying new ways of reading them and studying whether the regulation and interpretation that has been made of them is coherent with the current needs of commercial traffic and what has been the impact from other dimensions that would understand the critical study and the way in which it has occurred.
