Description

General Objetive:

Analyze the ethical and legal tensions around the practice of the Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy (IVE) in Colombia, from the rights, axiological pluralism and public health.

Specific Objetives:

1. Identify the moral narratives of different actors linked to the practice of IVE , based on methods such as etnografhy and autoethnography.

2. Promote deliberation around the ethical dimensions of the IVE practice, based on the identification of the facts related to the practice, the values in conflict and the possible courses of action.

3. Propose from the plural deliberation, frameworks for action in public policies that allow addressing the IVE practice from axiologic pluralism, the rights approach and the perspective of public health.
