Description
CAF by virtue of Delegation No. 00400/15, dated October 21, 2015, enters into this Contract for the purpose of the Contracted Party, on its own account and using its own work elements, to provide CAF with support services to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MinCit) in the investigation of tariff and para-tariff protection in Colombia (hereinafter, the "Services"), in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Reference, which form an integral part of this contract and are included as Annex "B".
