Description
This project seeks to analyze different perspectives of sustainability, technological management and organizational culture, as a fundamental element to achieve an effective transition in the application of new technologies within the framework of industries 4. 0 industries, taking into account the value chain, the matrix analysis that allows defining the technology according to the process in which they will be applied and the respective results, cultural barriers and substitutions in productivity factors that may occur in the changes required by organizations to improve their performance indicators in terms of productivity, competitiveness, environmentally friendly processes, products and/or services that meet the requirements of consumers. The results of this project will allow the organization to integrate the concepts of sustainability, technology and culture through an effective management strategy that guarantees an effective strategic planning that favors the pertinent results for each one of the organizational stakeholders.
Commitments / Obligations
The dissemination process will be carried out initially with the interest groups that participate in the project, delivering executive summaries of the results and participating in the media that require expert concepts on the subject.
The products that are expected to be obtained are two research articles, two papers and the possibility of publishing a book.
Direction of degree works from undergraduate to master's degree by demand that include the themes scope of the project.
In addition, what is investigated is taught and the research results will be taken to the classroom in all the courses that are taught and are relevant.
