Description
It is a project led by the Aeronautical Studies Center belonging to civil aeronautics, they have invited us to participate in it.
This research project aims to analyze the business model for the provision of air transport services called “low cost” and the aspects that contribute to generating competitiveness within the airline industry in general and specifically in Colombia.
To achieve this, a characterization of the low-cost model in Colombia will be carried out, followed by an analysis of the conditions of this model within the civil aviation system of Colombia and thus be able to propose recommendations to achieve the sustainability of the model in Colombia.
