Subjectivities, Politics and Development: Regional Configurations in Northern Cauca and Magdalena

This project analyzes the forms of political action of the local populations of the lowlands of the North of Cauca and the department of Magdalena. We try to trace the experience of the transformation from a form of mobilization for land to the struggle for employment, and to the use of litigation and law. We seek to understand the different ways in which the daily experiences and activities of people and leaders living in these areas intersect in order to understand their interests and forms of organization.
