The aim of this research is to analyse the notion of strategic management of human resources -DERH- from the network approach. The research is based on research questions such as: Is it possible to speak of a Strategic Human Resources Management (HRM) with a network approach? Is it possible to identify some central elements of HRM from the network approach? How to approach these elements theoretically speaking? How does it operate?
