Social construction and the created character of human beings

The social construction and specific nature of the human being serve as a starting point for recognizing the person as an individual whose identity is shaped by social, cultural, and historical relationships, as well as by their status as a being endowed with dignity, purpose, and the capacity for transformation. From this perspective, the project "Perspectives on Life, People, and the Cosmos" fosters an interdisciplinary dialogue among science, philosophy, and theology to fully understand human existence and its relationship with the world. This approach seeks to generate new forms of knowledge that address contemporary health issues by integrating biological, ethical, social, and spiritual dimensions, with the aim of contributing to human well-being, responsibility toward creation, and the construction of more just and sustainable societies.
