Evaluar el daño sufrido en el ADN en líneas celulares de glioblastoma cultivadas en condiciones de hipoxia y sometidas a radiacioens ionizantes. Evaluar el cambio en la concentración de la proteína S100B como marcador del daño celular sufrido por células gliales sometidas a diferentes modelos de hipoxia.
