Description

To answer the call to contribute to sustainability, organizations need to consider developing responsible leaders capable of facilitating change towards generating social, environmental and economic value. For this reason, this project aims to propose a model of competencies and learning strategies for the development of responsible leadership. It is proposed to analyze scientific knowledge on the development of responsible leaders, describe the competencies of responsible leadership and design learning strategies. To achieve these purposes, the use of systematic literature review, the Delphi method and instructional design techniques are considered. The project seeks to contribute to the field of knowledge of responsible leadership development and the strengthening of education practices for sustainability in organizations and management schools.
