Project Details

Description

In our environment, there is no standardized policy or protocols that establish what the follow-up of an individual with DS should be like.

Due to the above, in Colombia international guides are used that do not guarantee their validity in our population.

The present study aims to establish the existing relationships between performance in executive functions and ophthalmological alterations in a population of children and adolescents with DS, and with these results it is estimated to be able to carry out a monitoring protocol that is useful for health programs of our country.
