Methods: Design: The generation of an evidence-based recommendation on the attendance of patients with Down syndrome in the physical rehabilitation process will include a mixed design that is composed of integrative methods of compiling the best available scientific evidence and qualitative methods for generating patient and family values and preferences. Population: a. Users: General practitioner, physiotherapists and occupational therapists b. Target population: children aged 0-3 and 4-18 with Down syndrome, their parents and caregivers. The recommendation will be developed on the basis of a clinical question, by means of a search for the best available evidence, synthesis of evidence and recommendation profiles based on the GRADE system, exploration of the values and preferences of patients and their caregivers, and finally consensus of experts. 12 months from the approval of the proposal by the Evaluation Committee. Expected results: Recommendation generation based on the quality of the evidence and strength of the recommendation on the type, mode, intensity, frequency, frequency, duration and volume of therapeutic exercise effective in the rehabilitation of motor function in children aged 0 to 3 years and 4 to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis of Down Syndrome, which decreases the variability in the number of sessions in referral to physiotherapy service and in the type of therapeutic interventions.
