Description
To study, analyse and discuss the nature of decisions and the interrelationships between three areas of public policy aimed at qualifying the habitat conditions of the most vulnerable populations: (i) the comprehensive improvement of areas of informal origin, (ii) the production of new social housing and (iii) the management of land for social housing. Taking into account the influence of multiple sectors and the different territorial levels involved, as well as local factors that together determine the diverse results that are evident in municipal territories.
