Description

This research proposes the evaluation of the impact of an interdisciplinary intervention program for people with Established Mental Disorder. Its objective is to implement psychosocial rehabilitation actions, in a specific population, to reduce the impact that the disease has on quality of life, global functioning, decreasing the individual, family and health system economic consequences (disease burden) through the implementation of activities structured in five dimensions: clinical, general health, social and community, occupational and productive and family. The impact of these interventions will be measured in clinical indicators and health outcomes.
