Project Details
Description
The project aims to design strategies for universities and legal clinics to improve mechanisms for assisting and supporting the legal proceedings of rural communities seeking to file claims that impact public agricultural policies. In this way, the proposal aligns with policies currently being implemented by the government to facilitate access to justice for peasant, indigenous, and Afro-Colombian populations.
