Description
The subjective scope of application of labour law each time imposes a protection that goes beyond work performed under conditions of legal subordination, making it imperative to accept what the Italian doctrine has called parasubordination and the Portuguese legislation equal conditions to regulate the situations of a group of workers who, while not providing services under conditions of legal subordination, are economically dependent on the work they perform.
