Description
The project is based on the initiative of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic and its main objective is to design and implement the Environmental Fiscal Control Observatory (OCFA), with a differentiated approach in the areas abandoned by the FARC guerrillas.

El Observatorio se implementará a través de una plataforma virtual, que incorporará la principal información de carácter ambiental que ha producido la Contraloría en los últimos años, así como la información de las entidades públicas en torno al control fiscal en materia ambiental, teniendo en cuenta el impacto que tienen sobre los recursos naturales, las dinámicas del post acuerdo con la guerrilla de las FARC.
