Description
Breast cancer is a public health problem because of its global and national impact. The risk factors for developing breast cancer are multiple, ranging from genetic factors to lifestyle exposures.
We propose to describe the metabolic characteristics through a serum metabolomic analysis, of women at low, high or breast cancer risk, as well as to identify their exposure characteristics to environmental pollution, body composition and physical activity levels.
Performing an analysis of metabolism profiles according to breast cancer risk and their environmental exposure condition, body composition and lifestyle; will allow us to identify and propose biomarkers of metabolic alterations that are related to the risk of developing the disease.
