To determine the differences in the composition of the microbiota between the tumor tissue and the adjacent healthy tissue in patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer healthy tissue in patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer treated in a high complexity hospital in Bogota, Colombia in 2024.

- Scientific events: Presentation of results in the form of poster or oral presentation in national scientific congresses.
- Presentations: An oral presentation (1) in a national academic event of the results generated during the research project.
- Training of human talent at the master's degree level (1 student in Biological Sciences) and at the undergraduate level (1 student in Health Sciences). Both projects will be under the mentorship of the researcher from Méderi (Elizabeth Vargas).
