Description
The concentration of S100B protein in umbilical cord blood as a marker of neuronal damage was analyzed in 108 newborns with different characteristics at birth (gestational age, weight, birth route and diagnosis of perinatal hypoxia, Hospital Mederi de Bogotá, in order to know the behavior of the marker and put in context its determination in newborns with perinatal asphyxia.
