Description
The influence that the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of Justice has had on the interpretation of the rules that underlie Civil Liability by both judges and private individuals seems to be an open truth. However, the jurisprudential lines in the matter have not been established, nor do they constitute a harmonious body of jurisprudential doctrine. The legal insecurity that reigns in the matter, makes urgent the accomplishment of this analysis.
