Responsible Leadership

Project: Research Project

Project Details

Description

The crisis of values, lack of responsible leadership is expressed in high levels of corruption, embezzlement, high social costs associated with labor exploitation and irreversible damage to the environment. In this context, society demands that organizations incorporate their Social Responsibility, for which the formation of Responsible Leaders is indispensable. For this reason, we propose the design and evaluation of a training program for responsible leaders for students of the School of Administration of the Universidad del Rosario. Four phases are proposed to achieve the purpose: literature review, initial diagnosis, design and deployment of the training program and final diagnosis. The aim is to improve the training of responsible managers and improve the capacity of organisations to incorporate their social responsibility.
