Description

This Project contributes to a better understanding of the ethical leadership concept, its dimensions and their contribution to sustainability outcomes across cultures. The focus of this project is to analyze the perceptions of the level of ethical leadership within large hospitality organizations. The various levels of ethical leadership and its multiple dimensions as fairness, integrity, ethical guidance, concern for sustainability, contribute to organizational sustainability practices, and these relationships might vary between different cultures.
