Project: Research Project

Project Details

Description

The “Lexicodata” project focuses on the integration of advanced automated lexicometric and data science techniques to improve the digital marketing and communication strategies of info-commercial industries. Lexicometrics, a discipline that analyzes the quantitative characteristics of texts, is combined with data science to provide a deeper and more accurate understanding of linguistic and behavioral patterns in digital media, social networks and other digital platforms.
The main goal of the project is to develop tools and methodologies that enable companies and organizations to analyze large volumes of textual data efficiently, using algorithms for extraction, cleaning, network visualization, anonymization, textometrics and automated lexicometrics. Lexicodata will identify trends, sentiments and recurring themes in the digital interactions that organizations have in the digital environment, such as social networks, blogs and forums.

The project is structured in several phases. In the first phase, textual data will be collected and preprocessed from various digital sources. The second phase will involve the development and training of automated lexicometric models to extract meaningful patterns. In the third phase, the results will be applied to practical marketing and communication cases, optimizing content strategies, audience segmentation and online reputation management.
Lexicodata not only seeks to innovate in the automation and accuracy of text analysis, but also in the applicability of these analyses for decision making in marketing and digital communication. It is expected that the tools developed will allow professionals in the sector to improve the personalization of their messages, identify market opportunities and manage crises more effectively. Finally, the project will contribute to the academic field by providing a theoretical and practical framework for the integration of lexicometrics and data science in marketing and management, thus fostering new research and applications in different disciplines.
