Leadership experience in the insurance companies of the Bolívar Group and its effect on the organizational climate and the quality of life of workers: Case study

The main purpose of this project is to document the experience of Leadership in some companies of the Bolivar group, particularly in the insurance companies. The interest in studying these organizations arises because these companies have demonstrated their durability, which can favor the identification of the role of leadership in the processes that have led the organization to endure. Initially, the characteristics of leadership will be described, then the quality of leadership will be estimated.
