Project Details
Description
The world in which organizations operate is changing significantly. On the one hand, there is an increasing trend towards sustainability, where beyond the will of the company, sustainability is becoming a requirement to operate, and on the other hand, the emergence of disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence. This new reality in which organizations must operate requires changes in the way they are directed and lead, since the knowledge acquired so far about direction and management, although fundamental, is insufficient because the conditions of the environment and the expectations of workers are different. In addition, unlike in the past, the stability of change today is scarce, and the changes are highly dynamic and largely unpredictable.
Within this framework, the objective of this project is to contribute to the knowledge about new management practices in times of digital transformation, in which sustainability is a priority.
