Project Details

Description

Describe the impact of rare variants in the 3'UTR regions of genes related to the molecular etiology of breast cancer.

The competitive seed capital fund is part of the strategy to promote and strengthen research and its purpose is to offer a favorable ecosystem for the development of research at the Universidad del Rosario.

The diversification of instruments and funds for financing research projects allows us to respond in a timely manner to the heterogeneity of capacities and needs between the different academic units, groups and researchers, as well as to the University's own interests in research topics.

The seed capital fund is aimed at supporting the financing of: exploratory phases of research projects that may find greater possibilities of submission to external calls once they have some initial results; initial phases of larger projects that have not yet been financed; stages of project development financed solely through the work plan of the researchers in their academic unit.

Financing of final stages of projects that have encountered financing difficulties in their timely conclusion will also be considered.
