Description
Dialectical participatory research with a qualitative approach. The objective is to identify alternatives that promote humanized care in nursing services. It has 7 phases: conceptualization, diagnosis, identification of alternatives, identification of mechanisms, implementation, follow-up and evaluation. It is being developed in two university hospitals in Bogotá D.C.
