Description
In order to tackle this phenomenon, we have opted for theoretical and methodological references coming from the sciences of complexity. In this way, the company is understood as a system that exhibits life, of increasing complexity and behaves in a non-linear manner. Along the same lines, the company is conceived as a subsystem that in turn is part of a system which has an impact on economic aspects.
