Description

The project is framed in the current context of positive organizational psychology and aims to provide empirical evidence to continue strengthening the HERO model, which is interested in explaining the modulating role of dispositional variables - psychological capital and commitment to work - when understanding and intervening in organizational outcomes such as job satisfaction and achievement of organizational objectives. It is a quantitative correlational study and a sample of collaborators from different Colombian organizations will be taken.
