Guide of Good Practices for the integration and maintenance of demobilized persons in the formal labor market in Colombia from the PRSE

Project: Research Project

Project Details

Description

The Colombian company faces a great challenge, as its role in the adoption of the National Policy for Social and Economic Reintegration -PRSE- for illegal armed groups and individuals and in the peace building process is of great relevance. While strategies have been designed, such as tax benefits for entrepreneurs who actively contribute to policy consolidation, there is a high degree of scepticism, especially regarding the economic reintegration of people in the process of PPR reintegration into the formal labour market.
