Project Details
Description
Studies on non-coding RNAs have revealed a plethora of RNA-based gene expression mechanisms. These include microRNAs, piRNAs, snoRNAs, and antisense RNAs. This study aims to investigate the biological implications and mechanisms of action of antisense RNA specific to the human oncogene *GLI1*, which is known to be the terminal effector of the Hedgehog signaling pathway.
