Description
Reproductive disorders: primary ovarian failure, recurrent miscarriage and preeclampsia are common diseases associated with infertility and mortality. Genetic analysis by candidate gene approach allows to establish genetic profiles of genetic susceptibility and early identification of potential affected individuals. Functional validation of mutations of interest allows establishing the pathology of related variants.
