Description
This project intends to continue with the analysis and evaluation of the institutional designs and the implementation process of the land restitution public policy, emphasizing the perspective of the users of the policy, focusing on their experiences with the institutionality, the obstacles they faced, and the effects it had on their life projects.
With this, it is intended to answer the following question: What were the impacts of land restitution on the material living conditions of the applicants and on the guarantee of their fundamental rights?
