Evaluation of a training project for teachers of the Social Gardens of Colsubsidio as community agents of the AIEPI strategy.

This paper shares a pedagogical experience of health promotion and evaluates the impact of the vaccination component on the knowledge of parents and caregivers of children under five attending these schools. The group of teachers was trained in the community health agents module of the IMCI strategy, bearing in mind that one of the strategies to improve coverage in the country is to strengthen the community so that they can carry out the actions that are necessary to achieve their goals.
