Description

The work focuses on the need to construct a theoretical perspective for the understanding of the relationship organization / environment, which complements the competitive paradigm that prevails in current theories of the Organization and Strategy. To this end, emphasis will be placed on the understanding of collective strategies and their impact on the processes of co-evolution and the sustainability of organizational ecosystems. In the theoretical dimension are incorporated the contributions of facts to the field of study from the Sciences of Complexity, the Theories of Cooperation and the Critical Management Studies.
