Commitments / Obligations
-Construction of a "memorial route" of fourteen stations in the Cloister, incorporating many of the materials produced within the framework of the project.
-Construction, in collaboration with the Historical Archive, of a microsite - focused on the use of digital humanities - to provide convenient access to all the primary sources that we have selected in the framework of the investigation, as well as their transcription and contextualization .
-Construction, in collaboration with the Dean of the University Environment, of academic contents to include in the Rosarista chair (a mandatory subject that teaches the history of the University and the Rosarista culture to its students) the critical and reflective study of the slave-owning past of the University.
An important argument of the project is that the history investigated, far from constituting a marginal or peripheral issue, is central to understanding the Universidad del Rosario.
-Specialized article in an indexed journal.
-Critical institutional history book.
-Construction, in collaboration with the University Museum (MURO), of a series of interventions to find powerful ways – through plastic arts, poetry, music, dance, etc. – to honor and commemorate the lives of people who were enslaved.
-A Master's thesis.
-An undergraduate thesis in history.
