Description

Our Faculty must deepen in the areas related to the problems posed by globalization processes. As it is known, the various economic agreements that are currently taking place in our continent and in the world demand mechanisms for the solution of controversies that are different from state judicial channels. In fact, the growing importance of arbitration and conciliation as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and the (unfortunately) no less so, is growing.
