Project Details
Description
Prolonged exposure to estrogens represents a significant risk factor for the development of breast cancer, but the mechanisms by which these hormones induce cancer are partially understood; likewise, the chromosomal abnormalities produced by Estradiol 2 and tamoxifen have not been fully described in breast cancer cell lines. In view of the above, the objective of the present study is to determine chromosomal anomalies, number of copies and expression.
