Description
Research project funded by the Athena Agency 2023. Mixed study whose purpose is to identify the effect of a technology-mediated emotional education programme on the health literacy of patients with arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus and of health professionals who participate in activities of the cardiocerebrovascular-metabolic route of the Subred Integrada de Servicios de Salud Sur Occidente E.S.E. (Integrated Subnetwork of Health Services South West E.S.E.).
